Services

Websites, automations and internal tools shaped around one useful workflow.

The work starts with a business problem: repeated admin, scattered information, unclear follow-up or a website that does not support the next conversation.

$250 AI Workflow Audit

A focused discovery session that reviews recurring tasks, tools and handoffs, then identifies one priority workflow to improve. You do not need to arrive with the workflow already selected.

The audit is standalone.

You are not obligated to commission a build. Recommendations may use AI, straightforward automation, existing software or a better process. Implementation and third-party subscriptions are priced separately.

Included in the audit

  • One 60-minute discovery session with Derrek.
  • Review of recurring tasks, current tools and handoffs.
  • Selection of one priority workflow.
  • A written recommendation and scoped implementation proposal within three business days of the session and receipt of agreed information.
  • Implementation and third-party subscriptions priced separately.

The audit is a first-pass review. Implementation feasibility, subscriptions, acceptance criteria and follow-up work are scoped separately.

What can be built

Concrete improvements, not a generic service menu.

The exact deliverable depends on the workflow. These examples show the kinds of business problems a website, automation or internal tool can address.

Websites that support the real sales conversation

Problem: A business may have a site that looks acceptable but does not explain the offer, collect the right inquiry details or make the next step obvious.

Possible deliverables: A focused public site, clearer service pages, inquiry forms, routing to the right next step and handoff notes for future updates.

Automations for repeated administrative work

Problem: Teams often copy details between emails, spreadsheets, documents and task lists because no one has shaped the handoff.

Possible deliverables: A defined intake, field mapping, draft preparation, exception flags and a review step before anything important is used.

Internal tools for tracking work in progress

Problem: Important requests, documents, follow-ups or approvals can sit across multiple places with no shared view of status.

Possible deliverables: A lightweight form, review queue, status page, dashboard-style view or searchable internal record around one defined process.

Before implementation

Scope and price are established before anything is built.

Scope

We identify the exact workflow, users, input information, outputs, exclusions and acceptance criteria before implementation begins.

Price

Implementation is quoted after the workflow is reviewed. The proposal states a fixed price for the agreed scope; no implementation prices are invented on the site.

Client review

You review sample outputs, approve wording and confirm where human judgment stays in the process.

Handoff

The finished work includes practical usage notes, review expectations and a walkthrough. Optional ongoing support can be discussed after the first project is understood.
