This page explains how Smoke Signal Intelligence handles information submitted through this website.
What is collected
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional business name, interest area and a short description of what you would like to make easier.
The site also stores basic technical details with the inquiry, such as the page URL, browser user agent and a one-way spam-prevention fingerprint. These help prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.
Please do not submit confidential customer records, sensitive financial information or private business files through the public contact form.
How it is handled
Inquiry submissions are stored in the website backend and are not publicly accessible. They are used to review your request and follow up by email.
Saved inquiries can be reviewed in a private owner inbox and through the website backend. Access is limited to authorized owner/admin sign-ins.
Owner email notifications are prepared through the site's managed sender-domain email setup. Until that sender domain is fully verified and delivery is confirmed, inquiries remain saved, notification state is recorded, failed notifications can be retried from the private owner inbox, and the contact page provides a direct email fallback.
The site is hosted by Lovable, which records basic visitor counts for the site owner.
Google Analytics is used only if you choose “Accept analytics” when the site asks. Nothing is collected before you accept, and you can change your choice at any time using the analytics control at the bottom of any page. If you decline, the site and the contact form continue to work exactly the same.
When analytics is accepted, it records the page addresses you visit without any query details, clicks on “Request an audit” buttons with the page and the area of the page, and a record that an inquiry was submitted successfully along with which of the three interest options was chosen. Your name, email address, business name and the text of your inquiry are never sent to Google Analytics. Advertising and cross-site personalization features are switched off.
Direct emails are handled by the email service you use to send them and by Smoke Signal Intelligence's email inbox.
